Access your NCRA portal account in just a few steps.
Click "Sign In" from the Navbar or visit /portal/login directly.
Use your Campus Webmail ID (excluding @ncra.tifr.res.in).
Type your webmail account password.
Enter the 5-character alphanumeric CAPTCHA code shown.
You'll be redirected to your dashboard on success. If it fails, check your credentials.
Please enter your credentials to access your account.
Complete your profile to activate your portal access.
Provide a personal email (Gmail/Yahoo) to receive an OTP.
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your personal email.
Provide your personal information to complete this section.
Select your official role, department, and reporting manager.
Solve the CAPTCHA code shown at the bottom of the form.
Your profile will be saved and you will be redirected to the dashboard.

Register your device's MAC address securely to gain local network access.
Ensure your name is displayed correctly before submitting a request.
Provide a description and valid MAC address for your device.

Register your device's MAC address securely to gain local network access.
You can register up to 10 devices. Please provide a description (e.g. Dell Latitude Laptop, Research Desktop) and the correct MAC address for each.
Important: You must provide a valid, correct MAC ID (e.g. 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E). If the MAC ID provided is wrong or invalid, your device will not be able to access the network.

Enter the 6-digit OTP and your new secure password.
Confirm the change. You may need to log in again with the new password.

Submit your application. Your host/sponsor will be notified to approve the request.
